By using LogoMaker ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please bounce.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Account & Credentials

You provide accurate info when signing up. Keep your password safe. Any activity under your account is on you.

Service Use

Create, download, and use logos for personal or commercial projects only if you're on a paid plan.

Free Plan Restriction: Logos generated under the Free Plan are for personal, non‑commercial use only. Any commercial use of a Free Plan logo is strictly prohibited.

Don't reverse‑engineer, scrape, or abuse our API/UI.

Abuse & Enforcement

No Free‑credit Gaming: Any attempt to abuse free credits—‍for example, creating multiple accounts to get extra free downloads—‌will trigger a permanent device and IP ban without refund.

Ownership & License

We own all underlying code, designs, and UI. Once you purchase or download a logo on a paid plan, you get a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to use it royalty‑free.

User Content

You retain ownership of any uploads (images, text). By uploading, you grant us a license to process and display them in the Service.

Payment

Prices & plans are on our site. You authorize recurring charges for subscription plans until you cancel.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account for TOS breaches (including abuse of free credits). You can cancel anytime, but see Refund Policy for any credits.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service is "as is." No warranties about availability or results. Our liability maxes out at the total you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and LogoMaker agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Service.

Changes

We may tweak these Terms; continued use means you're cool with the updates.

What We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email, password.
• Uploads: Images or assets you provide for logo creation.
• Usage: IP, browser, pages visited, feature usage.
• Payments: Billing info, transaction records.
• Preferences: When you "like" or "favorite" a logo, we log that action to learn your style preferences.

How We Use It

• To run and improve LogoMaker.
• Process payments securely.
• Communicate updates, support, and marketing (you can opt‑out).
• Personalization & Improvement: We analyze your likes and usage patterns to refine our algorithms and suggest logo styles you'll love.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to remember preferences and track analytics. You can disable cookies, though some features may break.

Sharing

• Providers: Hosting, analytics, payment processors.
• Legal: If law or protection of rights demands it.
• No selling of personal data.

Security & Retention

Industry‑standard encryption and access controls. We keep data as long as necessary for service, legal, or tax needs.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact us at privacy@logomaker.com.

Children

Service is 18+ only. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Updates

We'll post changes here; using the Service after means you accept them.

General Rule

All logo downloads and credits are final sale, except below.

Refund Eligibility

• If our generator is down >48 hrs in a billing cycle, you can request a refund for that period.
• If we make a mistake (e.g., charge you twice), we'll refund the extra.

How to Request

• Email support@logomaker.com within 7 days of the charge.
• Provide your name, email, transaction ID, and reason.

Processing

• We'll reply in 5 business days.
• Approved refunds hit your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

Non‑Refundable

• Partially used logo credits.
• User error (wrong upload, wrong plan).
• Free trials (must cancel before trial ends to avoid charges).

Policy Changes

Refund rules may change; the "Last Updated" date shows when.
